The area where we are based is quite mountainous with lots of challenging climbs. Consequently, we can’t cater for all abilities and there is a level of fitness required in order to join us for a cycling trip. Our basic requirement is that cyclists can ride safely in a group that will average 15mph/25kmph on a flat ride and be capable of riding 100 to 120kms (60-80 miles) self-supported. That’s all!
