Am I Fit Enough? - The area where we are based is quite mountainous with lots of challenging climbs. Consequently, we can’t cater for all abilities and there is a level of fitness required in order to join us for a cycling trip. Our basic requirement is that cyclists can ride in a group that will average 14mph/23kmph on a flat ride and complete a few rides of around 90 to 120kms (60-80 miles) before they should attend. That’s all!
